The Opportunity

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of philanthropy at Monash University as a Manager Leadership Gifts.

The Advancement team is seeking a strategic and relationshipdriven Manager Leadership Gifts to grow our community of leadershiplevel donors (giving $1k$50k annually) and strengthen the pipeline between annual giving bequests and major this influential role youll design and deliver programs that inspire donors deepen engagement and drive philanthropic investment in the Universitys bold priorities.

Working with autonomy and collaborating closely with colleagues across Advancement youll lead cultivation solicitation and stewardship strategies develop compelling donor communications and champion bestpractice fundraising approaches. Youll also oversee stewardship activities including an annual scholarship donor event and contribute to key fundraising metrics reporting and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
