Join BAYADA Home Health Care a nonprofit organization dedicated to compassion excellence and reliability. Our Assistive Care services focus on helping clients safely remain in their homes by providing personal care companionship and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
As a RN Clinical Manager youll lead a team of caregivers and field staff ensuring high-quality care delivery strong client relationships and operational excellence. Youll play a key role in supporting both clients and employees while driving office performance.
This office provides best-in-class care throughout Essex County.

What Youll Do

• Lead mentor and support a team of caregivers (HHAs CNAs) and field staff
• Oversee client services including onboarding care plan development and ongoing service delivery
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies state regulations and documentation standards
• Partner with families referral sources and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
• Conduct supervisory visits client assessments and service check-ins
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Model The BAYADA Way fostering a positive team-oriented and mission-driven culture

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience in healthcare business or related field
• 2 years of experience in home care healthcare operations or case management
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or service industry)
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience in home care assistive care or personal care services
• Knowledge of private pay home care
• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role: exempt
• MondayFriday daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
• Occasional travel for site visits meetings and community engagement
