Federated Wireless seeks a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to support our go-to-market leadership by delivering actionable insights driving CRM strategy and improving end-to-end revenue operations.
This role is designed for a candidate with prior hands-on Sales or Revenue Operations experience who can independently own key operational processes. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in pipeline governance forecasting and sales process optimization while serving as a trusted partner to Sales leadership.
Your Impact
Support pipeline management forecasting and reporting processes delivering accurate and timely insights to Sales leadership and the CRO
Partner directly with Sales leaders to drive pipeline reviews deal inspection and performance analysis
Lead HubSpot CRM strategy and governance including data structure workflow design and reporting standards
Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes improving funnel conversion velocity and data quality
Build and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI or similar) to track pipeline bookings customer engagement and GTM performance
Establish and enforce data quality standards and pipeline hygiene practices across the revenue organization
Identify and implement automation and AI tools to increase sales productivity and streamline operations
Partner with Marketing to align funnel analytics and campaign attribution to revenue outcomes
Collaborate with Finance on forecasting planning pricing support and revenue modeling
Support sales planning cycles including quota tracking and performance measurement.
Your Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems or related field
47 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or Business Analytics with clear hands-on ownership of sales processes and reporting or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Demonstrated experience supporting quota-carrying Sales teams including pipeline management and forecasting
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM including reporting workflows and data governance
Experience building Power BI or similar BI dashboards for business stakeholders
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence sales strategy and execution
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Finance
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with forecasting methodologies and pipeline inspection frameworks
Experience with sales automation tools and AI productivity platforms
Background in B2B SaaS or technology organizations
Experience in a growth-stage or scaling company environment

Schedule
Standard business hours MondayFriday with flexibility to support reporting cycles sales planning and operational initiatives.
Location
Onsite in our Arlington VA office 5 days per week.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting in either an open-plan office with potential for consistent noise and interruptions or in a private office. Conditions are usually standard office lighting and moderate temperature ranges.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $85000 - $105000 and may be eligible for incentive compensation equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range Federated Wireless considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
