As the Vice President of FP&A youll lead the financial strategy planning and analysis activities providing senior management with financial insights and projections for strategic decision-making while overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting process quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes. This role will act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team translating data into actionable insights to drive growth profitability and operational efficiency. This role is essential for steering business decisions and ensuring financial goals align with corporate objectives. This role requires advanced strategic thinking and communication skills.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Planning:
Lead and scale the FP&A function setting the vision structure and operational rigor needed to support scalable strategic decision-making as we grow.
Partner with the CFO on earnings prep and Board-facing materials delivering essential insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Influence company-wide decisions as a trusted advisor to senior executives and cross-functional leads translating financial insights into strategic growth initiatives.
Act as a strategic partner to business units providing financial guidance and support
Reporting & Analytics:
Optimize annual budget and quarterly forecast process & consolidation
Oversee the development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Responsible for synthesizing budget and Long-Term Strategic Plan information and data for senior executive and investor stakeholders
Lead development of financial modeling for organic growth investments
Develop short and long-term forecasting models
Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Executive Mgmt team and the Board of Directors
Optimize processes to accelerate monthly and quarterly reporting
Collaborate with management teams to maintain financial results in line with budgets and forecasts deploying countermeasures as needed to achieve targeted financial outcomes
Provide FP&A support for the SG&A functions (e.g. HR IT etc.)
Financial Operations:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement innovation and development throughout the FP&A team.
Collaborate across IT and the broader Finance Organization to modernize financial tools and processes
Managing the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for the CFO
Optimize the monthly financial close timeline
Partner with cross-functional transformation teams to implement key strategic and financial initiatives
Facilitate and contribute to senior finance leadership team responsible for best practice sharing career development and department planning
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
Bachelors degree with a concentration finance accounting economics or business administration
A minimum of 15 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and administration skills; ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively at all levels including the Board
Bring proven experience partnering with complex global organizations approaching $1billion of revenue and 3000 employees
Possess sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with deep expertise in financial modeling.
Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
Strong MS Office skills e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel Power BI
Ability to work in a complex multi-service international company
Ability to champion change and continuous improvement
Other Preferred:

Experience interacting with senior executives and investors
Finance experience working across multiple business models
Experience interacting across all levels of an organization
CPA CFA MBA or Masters of Finance
Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in fast paced environment
