What Youll Do:
- Prepare and cook bar menu itemsaccording to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensuretimelyandaccurateexecution of orders during high-volume service
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked workstation at the bar food station
- Monitor food quality freshness andportioncontrol
- Assistwith daily prep work including cutting portioning and organizing ingredients
- Follow proper food handling storage and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Assistwith inventory control and notify management of any shortages or waste
- Adhere to all company policies health regulations and safety standards
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Culinary Arts degree or related field preferred
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or food preparation environment
- Basic knife skills and working knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to operatethe following kitchen equipmentin a safe and proper manner: stoves grills fryers and other utensils
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to follow instructions carefully with a strong emphasis on safety
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Flexibility to shift priorities and adapt to changing kitchen demands
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely operate kitchen equipment
