As the Email Account Manager youll be the link between clients and the team.
Youve managed Klaviyo accounts and turned underperforming list emails into real revenue.
Youll own your client accounts from kickoff call to monthly results review.
Youll be the person clients call when something isnt working - and youll fix it.
If a campaign is supposed to go out tomorrow and the flow is broken youre the person who catches it first.

The Role
- Own a small portfolio of eCommerce client accounts from onboarding through ongoing campaign execution.
- Build test and optimize email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to hit client revenue targets.
- Review performance and translate the numbers into business metrics clients can act on.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client calls and issue resolution.
- Coach internal team members on email strategy and account management best practices.

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 3 years as an Email Account Manager or Account Manager
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience (a technical assessment is part of this process)
- Experience managing eCommerce clients
- Strong soft skills in order to guide your team
- Excellent English skills (C2 level)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working inside a marketing or email agency
- List segmentation and email deliverability experience
- Experience using AI tools for copywriting analysis or workflow automation
- Email design experience
- Analytics experience
What We Offer
- Schedule: Remote Monday-Friday hours overlapping with Central Time (CST)
- Compensation: $3000-$3500 USD/month
