Repeat Gym is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk / Client Assistant to join our team and provide excellent service to our members and visitors.

Position: Front Desk / Client Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and visitors at the front desk
• Provide information about gym memberships services and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries via phone Telegram and social media
• Support membership registration and check-in processes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams when needed

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or currently studying in Business Marketing or related field
2. Experience in customer service or front desk is preferred
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Friendly polite and customer-oriented
5. Basic computer skills (MS Office messaging platforms)
