Role Overview:
The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing developing strategic plans for product categories and monitoring implementation to ensure the companys sales targets are achieved.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor business performance; perform reporting and data analysis on revenue products markets and customers.
- Research and analyze market and competitors thereby develop strategic policies for the VRF product line: pricing policy discount policy promotion policy.
- Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin Mitsubishi Electric Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Panasonic Samsung LG Electronics Toshiba Carrier Hitachi etc.
- Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
- Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
- Honest agile responsible able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint).
