Junior Campaign Specialist — Google Ads Products

Full-time Hybrid Permanent contract Relocation support Immediate start

An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to support Google Ads products in Barcelona. In this role you will work with new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns contributing directly to their business growth while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday;
• 39 hours per week;

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 23876 gross/year;
• Performance bonus: up to 3408 gross/year;
• Referral bonus: up to 2000 (depending on project/language);
• Relocation support provided;
• Paid training (24 weeks on products and sales);

Requirements

• German C2 level;
• High level of English;
• 12 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising;
• Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or related field is a plus;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Good time management and organizational abilities;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
• Client-focused with strong interest in customer interaction;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment;

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant for clients onboarding to Google Ads;
• Support the creation and optimization of PPC campaigns;
• Identify client needs and business objectives;
• Drive account growth through increased spend and upselling;
• Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term campaign success;
