We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive IT Specialist to join our Onboarding Team. This role will be solely responsible for the setup management and deactivation of user accounts across multiple platforms ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires and departing employees. The IT Specialist will act as the primary liaison between the IT Department and the Onboarding Team ensuring timely coordination and resolution of accountrelated requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create configure and manage user accounts for:
Handle account deactivation promptly for offboarding employees.
Maintain accurate records of account provisioning and deactivation activities.
Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Team to align account setup with onboarding schedules.
Serve as the communication bridge between IT and HR/onboarding ensuring smooth coordination of technical requirements.
Troubleshoot account access issues and escalate to IT when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards.
Continuously review and improve account management processes for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in account administration across email communication and LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of IT security and access control principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple account requests simultaneously.
Experience with Zoho Mail Gmail Discord and LMS platforms preferred.
