About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Data & Tech Risk Managed Services Director to join our clients team and lead cybersecurity managed services this role you will act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through complex cyber challenges while overseeing high-performing teams to deliver secure and innovative solutions. You will leverage your leadership technical expertise and strategic vision to drive business growth enhance client satisfaction and foster a collaborative forward-thinking cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to ensure effective service delivery across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain.
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement among team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards professional codes of conduct and cybersecurity best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for operational enhancement.
• Promote a proactive approach to risk management incident response and security solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 14 years of solid experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC IAM VM SecOps) with multi-domain management
• Security certifications (e.g. Security CEH CISM)
• Proven leadership in building mentoring and managing diverse high-performing teams
• Experience developing and implementing new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies
• Understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately if possible
