About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic SAP Basis Senior Manager to join our clients team and lead the management implementation and optimization of SAP this role you will act as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate complex SAP landscapes while guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive operational excellence foster collaboration and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in optimizing their SAP application portfolios and overall SAP strategy.
• Lead the installation configuration administration and support of SAP products and technologies.
• Deliver innovative solutions that combine technology with strategic insight.
• Oversee and mentor teams to ensure adoption of best practices and high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze client needs and tailor SAP solutions to achieve sustained business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive efficiency.
• Monitor system performance perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Promote a culture of excellence compliance and professional standards within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of solid experience in SAP Basis administration and consulting.
• Strong expertise in SAP Application and HANA Database administration.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proven skills in system monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and client-facing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
