About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to join our clients team and lead the management and enhancement of operational processes across the this role you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities representing their perspective in meetings and decisions and anticipating future needs. You will oversee operational projects coordinate cross-functional initiatives and foster a culture of efficiency accountability and continuous improvement. Leveraging your leadership skills you will mentor team members promote knowledge sharing and drive the adoption of innovative tools and technology to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations management to enhance efficiency effectiveness and quality of service delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Organize leadership team calls meetings and ensure smooth execution of operational plans.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage project timelines resource allocation and monitor performance to ensure successful completion.
- Mentor staff leveraging their strengths coaching for growth and developing their operational skills.
- Foster a culture of accountability integrity and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- 7 years of solid experience in operations management assurance or a related role.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA) preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and operational initiatives.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of audit concepts regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
