Overview

Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (Electronic Warfare SME) to provide technical expertise supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) systems integration and capability development for JUSMAG Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and capabilities
• Support system integration testing and evaluation of EW-related technologies
• Analyze system performance identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Support requirements development capability assessments and technical documentation
• Coordinate with U.S. Government stakeholders and partner nation representatives
• Support mission planning operational analysis and system interoperability efforts
• Contribute to technical reviews engineering analyses and system lifecycle support

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering or EW-related disciplines
• Strong understanding of EW concepts signals environment and system integration
• Experience supporting DoD programs ideally within Navy or Joint environments
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
