Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (Danish Speaker) for an international project in the Automotive Digital Services sector based in Braga Portugal.

Remote (Portugal)
Candidates must already be based in Portugal
Start Date
4 June 2026
Contract
Fixed-term contract (6 months)
No relocation support provided
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview
You will provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients within the automotive digital services sector ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and digital channels
- Provide accurate information and support related to automotive digital services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Danish (C1/C2) mandatory
- English (B2) required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently residing in Portugal
