We are currently looking for Customer Support Representatives to assist users with inquiries related to meal cards balances payments and account services ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people solving problems and working in a structured support environment.
What Youll Do
Assist customers with inquiries related to meal cards and employee benefit accounts
Support users with payments balances card usage and platform access
Handle requests via phone email or digital channels
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Provide professional empathetic and solution-oriented support
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to solve problems and provide clear solutions
Comfortable working with digital systems and CRM tools
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude toward customers
Previous experience in customer support or service roles is a plus
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1055 gross 14 months
Performance Bonus: 80/month 12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
Braga Position Bonus: 20/month 12 months
Welcome Bonus: paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
Additional benefits:
Permanent contract (3-month trial period)
Hybrid work model in Braga
Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)
Paid training for the project

Candidates must have valid documentation to work in Portugal such as:
EU ID / EU citizenship
Portuguese residence card

NISS is preferred but can be supported if needed.
