Data Entry & Document Management
Accurately capture and update information across various platforms including the CRM and shared Google Drive folders.
Prepare client quotations presentations and portfolio packs with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain and update client fleet lists including vehicle values and policy details.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with insurers to process policy amendments as instructed by brokers.
Support communication between brokers and clients ensuring a professional and efficient flow of information.
Reporting & Record Keeping
Assist in compiling reports and schedules ensuring data accuracy and professional presentation.
Organise and maintain both digital and physical client records for easy access and compliance.
Ad-hoc Support
Assist management and team members with additional duties as required showing initiative and a team-first attitude.
Participate in training sessions as needed to maintain industry knowledge and accreditation standards.
