A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator / Payroll Admin to join its head office team responsible for payroll processing across a multi-dealership environment.
This role requires strong payroll administration experience high accuracy and the ability to manage time-sensitive payroll processes within a fast-paced motor industry structure. The successful candidate will work within MIBCO (Motor Industry Bargaining Council) regulations and payroll requirements.
Motor industry experience is preferred but not essential as strong payroll experience from other industries will also be considered.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Minimum 3 years experience in payroll administration / payroll processing
Strong payroll processing experience essential
Experience working with MIBCO payroll structures and requirements advantageous
Sage Payroll Professional experience advantageous
Strong experience in employee file updates and payroll record maintenance
High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
Motor industry / dealership experience preferred but not essential
