Position: Paid Media Coordinator
Location: Bryanston
Work Model: 3 days in office after probation passed.
About:
We are looking for Paid Media Coordinator to support the Paid Media Specialist and help manage the digital presence across multiple advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in building campaigns across Google Meta X TikTok LinkedIn and more. Tasks include uploading ad copy configuring targeting setting tracking links and ensuring campaigns are error-free before launch.
- Daily Account Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on spend performance and ad delivery. Identify issues such as overspending drops in performance or faulty links and escalate to the Paid Media Specialist.
- Audience & Keyword Support: Perform foundational keyword research and help build lookalike/retargeting audiences. Maintain updated customer lists.
- Reporting: Pull clean and prepare weekly data for dashboards to support analysis by the Senior Specialist.
- Collaboration: Work with SEO Content and Tech teams to align paid media with trending topics platform issues and promotional landing pages.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing Brand Management or Communications.
Experience:
- 612 months in a digital marketing or agency environment with exposure to ad platform back-ends.
Skills:
- Actively pursuing or holding Google Ads certifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience compiling data into dashboards and identifying basic performance trends
