Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone email or chat
Assist with inquiries orders returns and general account support

Requirements
German language proficiency between B2 and C2 level (written & spoken)
Good command of English for internal communication
Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
Basic computer literacy
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
