Role: Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher

Working Hours: 40 hours per week 5 days on 2 days off (Mon - Sun) MST (TBD in interview)

Salary Range: $1000 - $2000 USD ($) per month

You will serve as the professional voice and logistical heartbeat of a thriving Shuttle & Limo business. You will be able to balance driver schedules and client needs in real-time ensuring every trip is executed with precision and every customer feels valued. We are looking for a friendly long-term partner with a figure-it-out attitude who is ready to dive in immediately own the dispatch process and grow with us in a steady high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and provide professional high quality service to customers and assist with any inquiries they have
• Schedule and coordinate trips using the companys internal booking system
• Respond to customer texts and emails timeously clearly and professionally
• Build and send quotes to clients
• Assign trips to drivers strategically ensuring you are balancing workloads and considering logistics to ensure on-time performance.
• Maintain client relationships with excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service namely handling client calls providing quotes taking reservations and processing payments
• Experience answering phones taking customer orders/reservations and navigating through a defined process/checklist
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Desire for a long-term steady role (not just 6 months)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a figure-it-out attitude
