Your Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist your daily tasks will include:

• Delivering professional customer service via phone email and live chat

• Supporting Dutch-speaking customers with product-related and account inquiries

• Identifying and resolving technical and non-technical issues

• Escalating complex cases when necessary

• Maintaining accurate documentation of interactions

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels

• Achieving quality and performance KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum C1 level Dutch

• B2 level English
