A well-established financial institution in Asia is expanding its Global Information Technology team to support RPA and innovative automation initiatives. The environment is collaborative regulated and focused on delivering reliable solutions for business users across local and overseas teams.

The position

We are looking for an RPA Developer to design build and maintain automation solutions using UiPath. This role suits someone with a developer background who can turn operational processes into structured maintainable automation workflows and work independently across multiple projects.

Role & responsibilities

Deliver process automation solutions by translating operational processes into application development and implementation tasks.
Work with process experts and business units to analyse requirements and design suitable solutions.
Develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
Configure new RPA processes using core workflow principles that are well structured and maintainable.
Support the full lifecycle of automation delivery including requirements understanding documentation solution design development QA delivery and maintenance.
Break down complex processes logically and identify automation opportunities.
Liaise independently with Operations and IT teams across local and overseas locations.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of IT working experience with a developer background in UiPath.
Strong hands-on experience in RPA development specifically with UiPath including UiPath Platform 2023 tools such as Studio Orchestrator and Apps.
Experience with API Citrix and C# is a plus.
Ability to develop from scratch understand code written by others and optimize existing code.
Previous banking experience is an advantage.
Proactive quick learner independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English.
UiPath certification is a plus.
