Job Position: Supply Chain Executive
Salary Up To RM3500
Location: Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.
- Manage day to day inbound & outbound activities stock transfer activities and etc.
- Must also be able to work closely with the sales team to proceed purchase order ensure smooth delivery
- Communicate with logistics party to ensure smooth operation
- Follow up with logistics company regarding delivery order status/progress
- Follow up shipment booking and status
- Collect analyse and evaluate transportation fee
- Some task needed to involve or deal with others dept
- Assist superior in any ad-hoc task
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business
- Administration/Operation/Supply Chain & Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Any related field with 1 year experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Good command of Mandarin English Bahasa Malaysia and any local dialect as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues
- Ability to work extra hours if required
- Attentive Passionate hard worker well-organized professional and multitask personality as value added
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment
