We are a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital providing B2B services including marketing technology analytics and operational support to international brands.

One of the projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. As part of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities for this international project.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Tech Support & Web Operations Specialist to support website operations troubleshoot technical issues and help maintain smooth day-to-day performance across multiple platforms and markets. Reporting directly to the relevant department leads you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering reliable technical support in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented solution-driven and comfortable working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal IT support including Google Workspace employee onboarding/offboarding access management VPN setup and basic network troubleshooting

  • Prepare and maintain company laptops tech equipment and software access for employees

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and assist with user setup and platform access issues

  • Test websites and internal platforms to ensure smooth functionality and user experience

  • Publish and update landing pages banners blogs and website content through internal CMS/CRM systems

  • Connect and monitor analytics tools subscriptions and third-party service access across digital platforms

  • Support ongoing website and platform maintenance operational updates and performance monitoring

  • Track competitor activity GEO-level performance and market trends and prepare clear monthly reports for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of websites domains analytics tools and CMS platforms

  • Experience with Google Workspace/Gmail administration is a plus

  • Ability to resolve simple technical issues independently

  • Organised detail-oriented and proactive

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good working level of English for platforms and documentation

  • Russian language is an advantage
