Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all passengers and customers at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival areas - Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and other airport services - Assist passengers with luggage and guide them to their designated areas - Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for all passengers - Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or other needs - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferably in the airline or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strong problem-solving skills - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you!
