We are looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to join a busy financial services team. This is a client-facing role that provides crucial support to advisers while ensuring smooth processing of new business and ongoing client administration.
What Youll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers
Managing post digital documents diaries and meeting arrangements
Preparing and sending accurate client communications
Handling calls professionally and maintaining accurate records
Completing application forms and ensuring new business cases are processed efficiently
Following up on Letters of Authority and other client documentation
Supporting the team with administrative tasks projects and ad hoc requests
Assisting with training colleagues and completing ongoing professional development
