What youll be doing: Customer Support Advisor
Youll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls emails and chat. Youll help users with:

Registration and scheduling

Assessment delivery and results
-
Documentation and exam procedures

General queries that need clarity and reassurance
Youll log everything accurately follow process properly and escalate when needed. Its structured fast-paced and highly organised.
The hours (important please read): Customer Support Advisor

45 hours per week

On-site in Belfast 5 days per week

AprilJune: full flexibility required between 8am8pm MondaySunday (peak period)

Other months: typically 8am5pm
