Job Description:
The Assistant Manager Finance is responsible for supporting the financial activities and ensuring the companys financial health and efficiency. This role involves financial planning analyzing financial performance and managing the accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations such as payroll invoicing and other transactions.
- Support in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
- Analyze financial data and develop forecasts to aid in decision making.
- Support the preparation of financial documents for audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in financial reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to discuss financial strategies and improve financial performance.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and check for discrepancies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a financial role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting CA/ACCA Part Qualified or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
