Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints during night shift hours.
- Provide information about products and services.

- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Collaborate with the daytime support team for seamless 24/7 operational efficiency.

- Requirements:
- Availability to work night shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling.
- Less than one year of customer service experience is required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and capable of navigating complex software systems.
