Job Summary
Our client The Logic Design is looking for Outbound Growth Specialist in Lahore.
Job Title: Outbound Growth Specialist (US Digital Marketing)
Location: Faisal Town Lahore (Near Jinnah Hospital)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off).
About the Role
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales The Logic Design is looking for energetic Outbound Growth Specialists to join our US-based Digital Marketing campaign. You will be responsible for reaching out to B2B clients across the United States introducing our premium digital marketing services and driving business growth.
What Youll Do
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients in the USA.
- Pitch Digital Marketing services (SEO Web Design Social Media etc.) to business owners.
- Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in International BPO/Lead Generation (Preferred).
- Communication: Excellent English verbal communication and listening skills.
- Mindset: Results-driven resilient and able to handle objections professionally.
- Availability: Must be able to work the night shift (7 PM - 4 AM).
- Preference: Immediate Joiners will be given top priority.
