Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure customers successfully adopt and use the platform helping them improve their sales processes and achieve measurable business outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor consultant and coach throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Drive product adoption retention upsell and revenue growth
- Analyze customer needs and provide strategic guidance
- Deliver training sessions (e.g. social selling outreach sales processes)
- Conduct pipeline reviews and performance analysis
- Collaborate with product and internal teams to improve customer experience
- Contribute to optimizing Customer Success processes
- Conduct on-site workshops and customer visits when needed
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Customer retention rate
- Upsell & cross-sell revenue
- Successful and timely onboarding
Your Profile
- 23 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B technology or software company
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proactive accountable and highly communicative
Location & Working Model
- Munich Germany
- Hybrid (23 days home office per week)
- 20% travel required
Compensation & Contract
- 50000 gross annual base salary
- 30% variable bonus (70/30 split)
- Full-time permanent contract
- 6-month probation period
- Unlimited vacation policy
