It is a Customer Service role requiring fluency in German language supporting large well-known global brands in e-commerce consumer electronics digital services and financial platforms (e.g. Dyson Disney Zalando PayPal Viva Wallet Daimler Truck).
We need German native or fluent speakers. You will support your language-speaking customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with client procedures
Document interactions in internal systems
Meet defined quality and productivity targets
Escalate complex cases when required
Work Location
On-site roles: Athens Greece
Remote roles: work from anywhere in Greece after registration
Working Hours
Full-time schedules standard office hours
Evening or weekend shifts may apply depending on the project
Trial Period
Two-month trial period from the start date
Requirements
Full fluency (C1C2) in German language
English proficiency (minimum B2)
Willingness to relocate to Greece
EU citizenship is mandatory (non-Greek residence permits are not accepted)
Customer service experience is not mandatory
Strong communication skills empathy attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
