Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental (STR) operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations optimising performance and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage listings across Airbnb VRBO and similar platforms
Optimize pricing availability and booking performance
Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay
Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience managing short-term rental (STR) properties
Strong understanding of pricing strategy calendar management and booking systems
Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred)
Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations
