We are hiring behalf of our client Warsaw-based data & AI consultancy working with 75 global enterprise brands across 30 countries. The company specializes in advanced analytics AI systems and large-scale data platforms helping organizations transform data into measurable business impact.

This role sits at the core of their next-generation AI strategy focused on building production-grade Generative AI systems that go beyond experimentation into real-world enterprise deployment.

Location: Remote (Poland-based only)
Employment Type: Full-time / B2B option available
Work Model: Fully Remote (within Poland)
Salary: PLNannually (105170 PLN/hour B2B depending on experience)

Role Overview

This is a senior hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can design build and scale end-to-end GenAI systems from architecture decisions to production deployment.

You will:

• Lead LLM-based solution design (RAG agents fine-tuning strategies)
• Build end-to-end GenAI applications (data retrieval orchestration APIs UI)
• Own critical architectural decisions (model selection vector DBs pipelines)
• Implement AI governance safety and compliance layers (PII guardrails monitoring)
• Mentor engineers and drive AI best practices across teams

What Youll Work On

• Advanced RAG pipelines (hybrid search rerankers evaluation frameworks)
• LLM orchestration (LangChain LlamaIndex LangGraph)
• Fine-tuning & optimization (LoRA QLoRA SFT)
• Enterprise-grade GenAI systems (chatbots agents multimodal apps)
• AI system reliability scalability and evaluation

What Were Looking For

• 6 years in Data Science / AI Engineering
• 4 years building production-ready Python systems
• 2 years delivering real-world LLM / GenAI applications
• Proven experience with RAG pipelines (design optimization)
• Strong understanding of LLM trade-offs (RAG vs fine-tuning vs hybrid)
• Experience making architecture-level decisions
• Fluent English & strong stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with LlamaIndex / LangGraph
• Exposure to multimodal models
• Experience with Azure cloud ecosystem
• Ability to build lightweight UIs / demos for AI systems
• Mentoring junior & mid-level engineers
