About the Role
We are currently hiring for an HVAC Technician position for individuals who are dependable safety-conscious and experienced in installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. This role is well suited to someone who can work independently troubleshoot effectively and provide professional service in residential commercial or mixed-site environments.

The position is designed for candidates who are comfortable handling service calls routine maintenance diagnostics repairs and system checks while maintaining strong workmanship standards and clear communication. Key Responsibilities

• Install service maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
• Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Perform inspections preventive maintenance and performance testing
• Work with heating cooling ventilation and refrigeration components as required
• Read work orders service notes and technical information carefully
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with customers site contacts or internal team members
• Maintain accurate service records notes and job-related documentation
• Identify worn or faulty components and recommend appropriate next steps
• Support clean organized and professional job site practices

Requirements

• Experience working with HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or system-related issues
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
• Ability to use tools testing equipment and service-related materials properly
• Reliable transportation if travel between sites is required
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
• Ability to follow instructions technical procedures and service schedules
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential commercial or mixed HVAC service work
