As a Travel Customer Agent you will be the main point of contact for customers needing help before during or after their trips. Key Responsibilities:
Support customers via chat email and online platforms with various travel-related inquiries
Handle bookings for flights accommodations car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations
Deliver accurate information on travel plans entry requirements baggage rules and refund policies
Assist with account-related concerns payments and loyalty or rewards programs
Recognize urgent or complex issues such as delays or missed connections and escalate appropriately
Keep thorough and precise records of customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high service quality
Achieve performance targets related to service levels and response times
Stay informed about updates in travel policies destinations tools and procedures
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
