What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in business systems reporting or analytics strong SQL skills advanced Excel proficiency and proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements BI solutions and process improvements. Experience with requirement gathering data validation and supporting enterprise systems is essential. You will collaborate across departments to enhance decision-making operational efficiency and reporting capabilities in a dynamic agriculture and food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather document and translate business requirements from stakeholders across departments into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Design develop and maintain BI reports dashboards and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract analyze and validate data from enterprise systems ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes recommend system enhancements and support the implementation of new tools or upgrades
• Collaborate with IT operations finance and other teams to test solutions validate data integrity and drive adoption of reporting and analytics tools
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) support data governance initiatives and deliver actionable insights to leadership
