Our client is an AI-native Third-Party Administrator disrupting the $200B insurance claims industry. As the Founding Account Manager you will be reporting directly to the CEO and will build the playbook from the ground up. This is a high-impact high-intensity role where you wont just follow a script you will be the one to write the playbook.
What Youll Do
Quarterback the Relationship: Own the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to long-term renewal.
Drive Implementation: Lead customer onboarding building project plans and driving timelines to ensure seamless go-lives.
Strategic Growth: Identify and close expansion opportunities (new programs regions or service lines) to maximize account value.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Operations Claims and Product teams to unblock technical issues and maintain client confidence.
Risk Mitigation: Monitor account health manage SLAs and lead de-escalation efforts during high-pressure situations.
Who You Are
5 years in Account Management or Customer Success specifically managing insurance fintech healthcare or HR systems.
A background in Insurance or InsurTech is highly preferred.
You thrive in zero-to-one environments and have experience building playbooks or CS motions from scratch.
Proven track record of securing renewals and driving upsells/expansions.
This role requires a high-energy collaborative spirit. You must be based in (or willing to relocate to) NYC for a 5-day in-office schedule.
