Job Summary

HealthBay is a leading healthcare provider that is committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the community. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resolution Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Resolution Manager you will be responsible for managing and resolving any issues or complaints that arise from patients their families or other stakeholders. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner while also maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and investigate complaints or concerns from patients their families or other stakeholders.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify the root cause of the issue and develop an appropriate resolution plan.

- Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates on the status of their complaint and ensure their needs are being met.

- Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions and provide regular reports to management.

- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future complaints and improve overall patient satisfaction.

- Train and educate staff on effective complaint handling and conflict resolution techniques.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for complaint management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in healthcare management business administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complaints.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
