Location: Hamilton Ohio. This role is primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility for the right local candidate.Note: To be considered you must be a CPA with public accounting experience and a strong background serving privately held businesses including S corps and partnerships. • Manage tax planning compliance and review work for privately held businesses and related entities
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies entity structure and planning opportunities
• Work closely with business owners and leadership teams on high-value financial matters
• Review returns for S corps partnerships and other closely held entities
• Lead client relationships with a responsive consultative approach
• Mentor and support staff while helping maintain quality and efficiency across engagements
• Stay current on tax law developments and apply them in practical ways for clients
• Contribute to a team environment focused on service growth and long-term client success

Qualifications

• Active CPA required
• Public accounting experience required
• Strong experience with privately held businesses
• Experience with S corps and partnerships required
• Strong tax planning and tax compliance background
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly
• Leadership or review experience is a plus
