Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Direct Hire) Acton MA

We are hiring an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant with Estate Planning experience to join a growing law firm in Acton MA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering hands-on client interaction and document drafting in a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft estate planning documents: wills trusts powers of attorney health care proxies
Support trust funding and estate planning processes
Attend client meetings and document signing appointments
Guide clients through completed estate plans and answer questions
Maintain accurate legal files and client records
Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely case completion

Qualifications:

2 years of estate planning paralegal or legal assistant experience
Strong experience drafting estate planning documents
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
