As a Quantitative Researcher you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support our energy services and consulting projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers data scientists and other researchers to develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to improve our clients operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on energy market trends data and performance metrics
- Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to optimize production and reduce costs for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
- Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze large datasets and provide insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in quantitative research methodologies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and reports
Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative research
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or MATLAB
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
