Location: The Learning Experience Oak Creek WI
Pay: $16$18 per hour
- Lead a toddler classroom with consistency warmth and clear structure
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities using the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early language growth movement skills and social development
- Guide children through toileting routines transitions meals and rest time
- Create an organized welcoming classroom environment
- Track developmental progress and share updates with families
- Collaborate with assistant teachers to maintain strong classroom teamwork
- Follow Wisconsin licensing and safety standards at all times

- Previous toddler classroom experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- ECE coursework or credential preferred
- Lead Teacher qualification under Wisconsin licensing a plus
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices strongly preferred
