As a DSP youll provide encouragement guidance and hands-on support to empower people to learn grow and explore their independence. From assisting with daily routines like getting ready for the day grocery shopping or attending appointments to offering mentorship and motivation - youll be there to cheer them on every step of the way!
What Youll Do:
Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care
Encourage independence confidence and community involvement
Provide guidance mentorship and compassionate care
Help individuals reach personal goals and build life skills
What Youll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid NYS drivers license
