Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone email and in-person interactions (English & Spanish)
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and order processing efficiently and professionally
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data generate reports track customer information and analyze trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics sales and warehouse teams
- Assist with data entry reporting and administrative support tasks
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency
- Follow company policies and ensure high service standards
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Proven experience in customer service call center or administrative support roles
- Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data analysis reporting)
