What Youll Do
- Create the Magic: Foster a safe inclusive and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
- Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas.
- Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and outfrom movement and dance to ninja and more!
- Cultivate Growth: Encourage social emotional and cognitive development through creativity and care.
- Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.
What Were Looking For
- A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
- NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR
- 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience OR
- Associates or Bachelors degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!)
- AND
- CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Strength & Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
