Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a motivated high-energy CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote relationship-driven role focused on recruiting and placing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in healthcare facilities.
This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to quickly transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Part-Time: MondayFriday 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
Full-Time (Performance-Based): MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation
$18$20/hour (based on experience)
Commission Structure (Can earn upwards of an additional $500 per week)
Full-time benefits package available
Key Responsibilities
Recruit screen and onboard CNAs for placement
Conduct high-volume outbound calls texts and emails daily
Build and maintain relationships with CNAs and healthcare clients
Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently
Maintain consistent communication with active staff
Develop partnerships with CNA schools and training programs
Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
Track candidate activity and performance metrics
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Comprehensive documentation in our ATS and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Relationship-building mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior Staffing and/or recruiting experience preferrably in the healthcare space.
