Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Service Supervisor to lead and support our North service team in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth field service operations resolving customer issues quickly and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the North service team
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Organize weekly and monthly meetings; prepare service reports
- Monitor field patrol/service work and ensure all issues are fully resolved
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service quality
- Record new equipment installations and customer data
- Coordinate with the sales team for on-site service scheduling and execution
- Review and improve service processes and policies
- Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Conduct regular team training and performance support
- Track machine maintenance service logs and records
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock control
- Support technicians and service staff as needed
- Report major production/service issues and collaborate with QC & technical teams
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the injection molding or plastics industry (technical service/field service preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel (vehicle provided with compensation)
