Finishing Room Supervisor

We are hiring a Finishing Room Supervisor for a precision manufacturing facility specializing in in-house industrial surface finishing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a mechanically skilled professional with experience in blasting deburring vibratory finishing electropolishing shot peening or related finishing processes.

The ideal candidate comes from a true manufacturing environment (similar to Bracalente Manufacturing Group) and has experience running or supporting a finishing department while working closely with engineering production and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the finishing room in a manufacturing environment
• Operate and optimize blasting vibratory finishing washing and surface finishing systems
• Conduct process development testing and validation of customer parts
• Troubleshoot finishing equipment media and chemical process issues
• Support sales and engineering teams with technical expertise and customer solutions
• Perform trials generate reports and document process performance and quality results
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Required Experience:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on manufacturing experience
• Direct experience in industrial finishing operations (required)
• Background running or supervising a finishing room or department
• Experience with blasting deburring vibratory finishing or similar processes
• Customer-facing technical support or collaboration with sales/engineering teams
• Leadership or team supervision experience in a shop-floor environment

Preferred Experience:

• Vibratory finishing electropolishing shot peening triboconditioning or chemical finishing systems
• Manufacturing engineering or production leadership background
• Experience in high-mix precision machining or industrial finishing companies
